Is my email private?
Yes. Access is used only to apply the keep/trash rules and produce your short report. We don’t sell data, mine your inbox for ads, or share content. When you’re done (or cancel), access is revoked.
What’s Big Daddy Cleanup vs just email?
Email cleanup is the first live service. The brand covers more digital cleanups (texts, photos, drives, and more) as we launch them — same done-for-you approach.
Do you support Gmail only?
Gmail to start — that’s where most of the noise lives. Other providers may be added later.
How long does a sweep take?
Most inboxes are done within a few business days after access is set up. Heavy backlogs may take a bit longer; you’ll get a heads-up either way.
Will you permanently delete my mail?
No. We move unwanted threads to Trash so you can recover them if something was miscategorized. Permanent delete is never part of the service.
How does payment work?
Secure checkout is powered by Stripe. You’ll pay on Stripe’s hosted page. We never see or store your card number on this site.
Can I cancel Monthly anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime — no lock-in. You’ll keep access through the paid period; then sweeping stops.
What if something important gets trashed?
Pull it back from Trash and tell us. We adjust your rules. School, legal, medical, bank, and real-people mail are kept by default.
